Pupilates / Pups & Poses

Pupilates and Pups & Poses are unique community events that blend fitness with four-legged friends, held at Willow River Park (off Roland St.). These weekly series, occurring every Tuesday in August, invite participants of all ages and fitness levels to enjoy pilates and yoga sessions with their canine companions by their side. These events not only provide a refreshing way to elevate your heart rate, but are also great ways to socialize and get outdoors. Organizers ask that participants ensure all dogs are on 6-foot leashes and under control of their owners. And don't forget to bring your own yoga mat.

Open daily until 11 pm, Kiwanis Dog Park also provides poop bags at the entrance in case you forget to bring your own.
